Spanish Tapas

Are your thoughts turning to hot Mediterranean days, blue skies, sparkling seas and the sound of flamenco on a warm breeze? Our inspiring tantalising Tapas course will enable you to make delicious dishes including  patatas bravas, tortilla, albondigas, roast pork with fennel, pinchos morunos, coca, squid with mayonnaise, croquetas con jamon, black pudding and scallops with chilli jam, chicken with garlic, stuffed peppers and other mouth-watering tapas dishes.
