GEOPARK FESTIVAL - Napoleonic Boot Camp and Friends of Berry Head Fundraiser

Berry Head

A special day for the whole family to celebrate the incredible heritage of Berry Head National Nature Reserve, a Geopark Gateway site. Step back in time to when Napoleonic soldiers marched the headland and join Brixham Heritage Museum on a Napoleonic boot camp (dressing up available for  toddlers and youngsters up to 12 years). Take part in bushcraft activities with the rangers, help the friends of Berry Head cover a giant guillemot with coins and enjoy a BBQ and live music at the Guardhouse cafe from 12pm.
Meet: Berry Head Visitor Centre
Time: 10am – 4pm;
Cost: Berry Head fundraising event, donations welcome, extra charge for BBQ. BBQ and music weather dependant. Please check our website www.countryside-trust.org.uk for more information. )
