EVENTSWildflower Walk at Berry Head17 MayBerry HeadA very special opportunity to walk the wild slopes of Berry Head with botanical expert Andy Byfield, Conservation manager at Plantlife and natural history writer in the Guardian. Andy has a great passion for the rare plants that live on our limestone slopes and his enthusiasm and knowledge inspires the non-botanists out there. This is the most stunning time of year to walk our coastal cliffs, with carpets of wildflowers set to a backdrop of blue sparkling sea, and there is no better person to bring it alive than Andy. The event will conclude with a delicious ploughmans lunch in The Guardhouse CafĂ© at Berry Head. Meet: Berry Head National Nature Reserve main car park Info: Please wear stout footwear and a waterproof jacket. There is some free parking outside the Reserve Office however this fills quickly.
