From Sea to Plate

Torquay Harbour

Head out to sea on a Torbay fishing boat and have a go at catching your own local mackerel. Onboard will be a Trust marine ranger to help spot marine wildlife as you fish. Back on land professional chef David Jones from Manna from Devon cookery school will show you how to turn your catch into a culinary masterpiece with a number of different recipes. Also, find out more about eating local sustainable fish. A platter lunch will be provided.
