Flours and Flavours

Occombe Farm Education Centre

An intermediate bread-making course with local artisan producer Emma Parkin. Try your hand at a variety of traditional breads using different flours and techniques; such as English favourites and other European styles. This masterclass is designed for those who have some bread-making experience and want to take that next step.

Time: 9:30am-4pm.
Cost: £50,. includes lunch.
