Join artist Grace Clifford for a full-day creative workshop exploring the fascinating world beneath our feet. Combining geology, drawing, and printmaking, this immersive session invites participants to connect with the English Riviera’s remarkable Geopark heritage through hands-on artmaking.

The day begins with a relaxed 90-minute exploration of Torquay Museum’s geological collections, where you’ll sketch patterns, textures and forms inspired by rocks, fossils, and specimens. Grace will be on hand to guide your observation and offer insight into how geology has influenced her own creative practice. Returning to the gallery, you’ll be introduced to drypoint printmaking and spend the afternoon creating your own unique prints.
