Migration time can be very confusing for birdwatchers but with bird expert Mike Langman this one day course will guide you through the, sometimes, tricky identification challenge. September is the perfect time to see birds in all sorts of plumages from juveniles to adults and everything in-between! You will be helped to recognise birds by both by sight and sound with a mixture of indoor and field activities.

For anyone that has attended one of the two day courses run by the Trust this will be a perfect step up in improve your birdwatching skills and even if you have been before no two years will ever be the same!

Meet: Berry Head National Nature Reserve main car park
Time: 10am – 4pm
Cost: £25.00 per person
Booking: Essential as places limited. Call 01803 520022 or online. Info: Please wear stout footwear, warm clothing and a waterproof jacket. There is some free parking outside the Reserve Office however this fills quickly. Main car park: £1.10 pr hr up to a max of £4.40 for 24hrs. Free for TCCT members with car window stickers.
