Christmas Preserves Workshop

Occombe Farm

Lori Reich, creator of award-winning preserves from Shute Fruit & Produce, will lead this workshop - perfect for inspiring you to create some truly delicious Christmas gifts! Working in small groups, Lori will guide you through basic preserving techniques; including making your own jam, chutney, & marmalade & demonstrate making lemon curd too. There will be a chance to sample some of Lori's own chutneys over a shared ploughman's lunch & to taste your own creations at the end of the day.
Meet: Occombe Farm Community Kitchen building.
Time: 10am - 4pm
Cost: £25 to include simple ploughman's lunch, tea/coffee and jars of jam, chutney & marmalade to take home.
